
Week 6 – My Biggest Training Week Yet: 72km!
This week was a major milestone in my marathon training—72km logged, my highest weekly mileage since Juracime 2023! It was a perfect mix of endurance, speed, strength, and hills, pushing both my physical and mental limits.

Week 5 – Balancing Training & Work
This week was all about keeping consistency despite a busy schedule, mixing endurance runs, structured speed work, and some fun running as a team. A well-balanced approach to training!

Week 4 – Strength, Hills & Thresholds
A solid mix of endurance, strength, hills, and speed variation—everything to keep progressing towards Milan!

Week 3 – Between Pavement and Mountains
Week 3 of marathon training mixed speed, endurance, and adventure. A fartlek session in Lausanne, a solo night run by the lake, and a ski touring weekend with a night in a mountain hut made for a perfect balance. Pushing limits while enjoying the journey!

Finding My Stride on Week 2
This week was a mix of effort, learning, and enjoyment. I’m starting to trust my body’s ability to adapt and finding moments of joy in every session. with an idea.

I hear you’re training for a marathon ?
I’m excited to run my first marathon this April in Milan, a milestone in my journey as a dedicated runner. For me, this race is about celebrating perseverance, passion, and pushing my limits.
